Right of return within 14 days from the delivery.

The right is valid for purchases from www.mamawata.com.If the product has been purchased from an authorized retailer, it is necessary to return it directly to the retailer.
• The products must be unaltered, in the original box and conditions
•A proof of purchase needs to be shown
• Refunds are subject to vendor’s conditions check
•The refund’s amount does not include shipping costs from the vendor to the customer and from the customer to the vendor
• The refund policy is not applicable to personalized, used or washed items
